Yesterday I’ve had the pleasure of speaking at the 8th annual Санкт-Петербургская Интернет-конфереция (St. Petersburg Internet Conference) in my wife’s hometown of St. Petersburg, Russia.
The last (which was also the first) time when I spoke in Russia’s Northern Capital was exactly two years ago when I presented at the Russian Internet Forum [details here]. I am excited to report that affiliate marketing in Russia has advanced significantly since then. The very fact that one of Russia’s major Internet marketing conferences (over 2,500 delegates attended this one) has had a dedicated CPA marketing track speaks for itself. Affiliate marketing is evolving into a mainstream way of marketing Russian businesses online; and this is very encouraging to witness.
