I am happy to announce two of my Summer 2009 speaking engagements. This summer I am scheduled to speak at the following two events (which I hope you will be able to attend):
Event: eComXpo
Dates: July 8-9, 2009
Location: online
Official Website: www.eComXpo.com
Presentation Details: I will be speaking on Wednesday (8 July) at 5:40 pm, and the topic of my presentation will be the mistakes that affiliate program managers and merchants should avoid while running affiliate programs. The PPT presentation will be full of real-life examples of things not to do. At the time of the presentation I will also be available to answer the listeners’ questions in real time (in an open chat/IM format). Looking forward to seeing you there.
Event: Affiliate Summit
Dates: August 9-11, 2009
Location: New York City, NY
Official Website: www.AffiliateSummit.com
Presentation Details: I will preside over one of the roundtable discussions during the Affiliate Summit’s traditional Ask the Experts session on Monday (10 August) at 5:00 pm where I will touch upon the classic theories of motivation which are directly applicable in the context of affiliate program management. If you want to learn how to motivate affiliates, this session is for you, and I hope you will be able to make it.
Should you be interested in having me speak at your event, just shoot me an e-mail. I am always open to new opportunities.
Quick reminder: I’m speaking eComXpo today. 5,000+ people have already registered for the show (attendance is free). Have you?
I’ll be in the Presentations Pavilion to take any questions you may have during and after my presentation. The presentation is entitled “Affiliate Program Management Mistakes: Most Common Errors to Avoid” and it will be full of real-life examples of the mistakes to avoid. Here’s my schedule:
5:40 – 6:18 pm (EST) — presentation
6:18 – 7:00 pm (EST) — Q & A session (IM chat format within the eComXpo’s interface)
Two updates:
1) My eComXpo presentation (audio + PPT slideshow) is now available for “on-demand” access (free of charge), and you may access it here (you’ll still need to register with them).
2) If you haven’t yet registered for the Affiliate Summit East 2009, hurry — it is expected to sell out by July 31, 2009 (as soon as the total number of registered attendees reaches 2,500).
